QUESTION OF THE DAY: Should sleeping in public be a guaranteed right?
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday took up a case out of Oregon that deals with the legality of homeless camps.
The case arose out of a challenge to an Oregon city's law banning camping on public land. Advocates for homeless people say sleeping in public is a basic human right. Missouri has dealt with the issue similarly with a law that allows cities to be fined for homeless camps on state land.
