Boone County Sheriff’s office looking for more information in Friday night southwest Columbia shooting

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Boone County Sheriff's office are investigating a report of shots fired in southwest Columbia.
Deputies taped off the intersection of West Bethany Drive and South Scott Blvd just after 10 p.m. Friday night and Deputy Dane Huffman reports deputies found multiple shell casings on the ground.
Brian Leer with the Boone County Sheriff's Office says more than one caller had called Boone County Joint Communications to report hearing gunshots.
Leer says a deputy collected the shell casing as evidence and completed a report.
There were no victims identified or located.
There was no property found to be damaged. Additionally, no suspects were identified.
