Fulton man charged with inappropriately touching a child
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Callaway County prosecutor has charged a man with inappropriately touching a child.
Dustin Brown is accused of first-degree statutory sodomy.
The incident reportedly happened during the summer of 2016. The victim told investigators that Brown touched her when she was 9 or 10.
Court documents say Brown told officers that he could not remember the incident but was quoted saying 'if I did do it it was for experimental purposes and it would never happen again."
A bond hearing for him has been scheduled for March 18.
