CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Camden County prosecutor has charged a Sunrise Beach man with statutory rape.

Trevan Isaacs, 22, was accused of having sex with a victim under 14 back in March.

In August, the Camden County Sheriff's Department investigated the rape.

The victim told investigators that Isaacs was talking to her over Snapchat. Isaacs allegedly told the victim he was 17.

The victim told detectives that she stayed home from school in March and then met Isaacs at a residence where Isaacs sexually assaulted her, according to court documents.

Authorities say Isaacs asked for pictures of the victim over SnapChat in March. Isaacs later met up with the minor and admitted to having sex with them.

A no-bond warrant has been requested for Isaacs. He's being held in the Camden County Jail.

Isaacs is currently on a $100,000 bond from Morgan County for separate charges of statutory rape in the 2nd degree.
