Columbia man charged after alleged sexual assault and robbery

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

On Thursday, Columbia police began investigating a sexual assault and robbery after the victim came forward.

The victim told police that she was seeing Xavier Gee just after midnight when Gee allegedly took out a gun and threatened to shoot the victim with it according to court documents.

According to the victim, Gee made the victim strip down to her underwear then drive around. During the drive, Gee allegedly said that he was going to sell the victim for $5,000. Gee then told the victim to get in the trunk and he drove around for several minutes according to court documents.

The victim pleaded for her life to Gee by giving him jewelry and a gun in the trunk of the car according to court documents.

Gee allegedly then sexually assaulted the victim according to court documents.

The police report that a search of Gee's residence they recovered the victim's gun and ring.

Gee is charged with 1st-degree robbery, armed criminal action and 1st-degree Sodomy.

Gee's next court date is Wednesday and then after that is on Feb. 10.
