Man accused of burglary and sexual misconduct in Eldon

ELDON, Mo. (KMIZ)

Eldon Police arrested a man after a disturbance Friday when the man is accused of assaulting a woman.

According to court documents, Eldon Police were stopped by a resident and told that a man had entered his home and assaulted his daughter.

The daughter told police that Steve Stollings knocked on the door and asked the woman if she wanted to "make out."

The woman told Stollings no according to court documents but Stollings kept making comments and attempts to get into the house.

During the investigation, Stollings denied all the allegations after being detained.

Stollings is charged with sexual misconduct and burglary.

Stollings has a $50,000 bond set.
