Marshall police are working with the county prosecutor to get an arrest warrant for the suspect who injured three people during a shooting outside of a Marshall bar early Sunday morning.
The Marshall Police Department wrote Monday on its social media that it was called to a shots-fired scene at 1:20 a.m. Sunday at the Living Room Bar in the 1200 block of West Vest Street.

The fourth person is still in the hospital and is stable. Police also confirmed the suspect hasn't done anything suspicious since the event and there is no threat to the public. The name and identifying information about the suspect have not been released.
Police previously said that other three people were treated and released. Police are also working to tie up additional leads, Gibson said.
