Mississippi man sentenced 16 years for federal child enticement charge

A Bay Springs, Mississippi, man was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for a child enticement charge that involved a teenager from Columbia, according to a press release from the Department of Justice.

Zachary Wes Buckley, 49, pleaded guilty in November to child enticement and was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison without parole on Monday.

By pleading guilty, Buckley admitted he traveled to Columbia, rented a room at a hotel and sexually assaulted the victim.
