A US Air Force member stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio is facing a rape charge from 2018 in Columbia.

A Boone County prosecutor has charged Nathan Repka with a second-degree rape charge.

In August 2018, Repka visited the victim and went to a party where he became “blackout drunk” and then left the party and went to a room with the victim, according to the probable cause statement.

According to court documents, the victim and Repka had a verbal argument in the victim's room where Repka threatened to drive back to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.

The argument ended and Repka and the victim reportedly went to sleep in separate beds, according to court documents. Then Repka allegedly sexually assaulted the victim, according to court records.

Repka does not have a defense attorney listed according to online court records.
