Camdenton man charged with rape

CAMDENTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Camdenton man is charged with 2nd degree rape and 2nd degree domestic assault.

According to a Camden County Sheriff's Department release, deputies began investigating a sexual assault Monday.

The victim told deputies that the victim had been given a controlled substance by Michael Krugman, 53, of Camdenton, and sexually assaulted while she was incapacitated.

Camden County Sheriff's deputies arrested Krugman and taken to the Camden County Sheriffs Correctional Facility according to today's release.

According to court documents, Krugman is charged with 2nd-degree rape and domestic assault. According to the release, Krugman remains in custody on a $50,000 cash or surety bond.
