A Boonville man accused of child molestation in Cooper County was released from custody on Monday.

Bob Bosma faces a felony count of first-degree child molestation for allegedly having sexual contact with a child under 14 years old back in July.

Online court records show Bosma was released from the Cooper County Jail with the condition that he has no direct contact or indirect contact with the victim. The records also show Bosma's jury trial has been pushed back until Aug. 5.

Bosma has been in jail since the end of November. Jail records show he was booked and his bond was revoked for violating his bond conditions.
