WASHINGTON, D.C.

President Joe Biden will address the nation Thursday night on the one-year anniversary of the coronavirus pandemic.

In that time, more than 527,000 Americans have died from COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. More than 29 million have been sickened by the virus, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
