The Missouri State Highway Patrol

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Missouri State Highway Patrol canceled an Endangered Silver Advisory Monday morning for a Boone County man.

MSHP canceled the advisory at 9:27 a.m. Monday after Miller was found safe near his home by law enforcement.

Miller was reported missing Sunday at 5 p.m. after the Highway Patrol said he left his apartment behind the residence to go to the main residence to eat dinner, and he never arrived at the main house.

In a release, MSHP said Miller is diagnosed with dementia and paranoid delusional.
