Johnson County man killed in rollover tractor crash

JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Holden, Missouri man was killed Wednesday in a rollover tractor crash.

The crash happened on Route TT near SW 1821 Rd. sometime between 2 to 5 p.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Troopers said a tractor driven by 90-year-old William E. Brunner went off the side of the road and hit a tree. Brunner was thrown from the tractor after it started to roll down a hill into a creek bed, according to the crash report.

Troopers said the Johnson County coroner pronounced Brunner dead at the scene around 11:10 p.m.

No other injuries were reported.
