A man was seriously hurt after being thrown out of a truck in a Callaway County crash on Friday morning.

31-year-old Robert Conrad was driving along Route 94 near Big Tavern Creek Road at 11:30 a.m. when he went off the right side of the road.

Conrad overcorrect and then drove off the left side of the road and hit the ground. The truck then overturned throwing Conrad out of it.

He was then flown to University Hospital for his injuries. As of Saturday morning, MU Health Care said Conrad was in 'good condition'.

According to MSHP, Conrad was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
