Fulton police still looking for armed, dangerous man
Fulton Police are still looking for two suspects involved in a home invasion. The suspect, Franklin BT Richmond III, may be armed, beating a victim with a bat and stabbing him with knives after breaking into a home.
Authorities are saying that they are in contact with an associate or two of the suspect and they claim that he is in Callaway County area.
Police Chief Steve Myers told ABC 17 that due to the severity of the case and the past history, they do believe the suspect to be armed and dangerous. Myers said, “it was quite severe the beating that this fellow took.”
Officers are being vigilant watching out for the suspect, increasing the patrol in Callaway County area. Lieutenant Bill Ladwig told us to call the police if you see the suspect. He said, “don’t approach him, because we don’t know how he might react.”
Richmond does have a violent criminal history dating two years back, pleading guilty to assault charges.
