Columbia Water and Light customers to experience power outage

Some Columbia Water and Light customers experienced a power outage around 8 a.m. Monday.

According to the city’s viewer outage map, about 284 customers are without power. The majority of customers who are experiencing the outage are in West Columbia.

The map also shows that some of the power outages were predicted.

Water and Light crews are working to fix the problem.
