Jeff Mizanskey: Two years of freedom
September 1 marked the second anniversary of Jeff Mizanskey’s release from maximum security confinement at Jefferson City Correctional Center.
That is where Mizanskey spent more than two decades of a life sentence, without parole, for non-violent pot offenses.
