Bomb threat cleared at Walmart Supercenter on Grindstone Parkway

The Columbia Police Department has cleared a bomb threat at Walmart Supercenter on 1201 Grindstone Parkway.

At 3:36 p.m., officers were called to the Walmart for a reported bomb threat. Before officers got to the scene, employees evacuated the business.

Officers searched the area and didn’t find anything suspicious. People were allowed to re-enter the building at 4:14 p.m. The investigation into the reported bomb threat is on-going.
