CPD releases Broadway sobriety checkpoint results

The Columbia Police Department released results Thursday of a sobriety checkpoint on Broadway near West Blvd on Saturday.

The checkpoint lasted just over an hour because of inclement weather.

During the sobriety checkpoint officers arrested 3 people for driving while intoxicated and conducted field sobriety testing on 21 people.

118 vehicles were checked in total.
