Four injured in rollover crash on EB I-70 near Stadium Blvd
UPDATE 3:16 P.M.: Three of the people in the crash have been discharged fro the hospital. The passenger who is suffering from life threatening injuries is still in critical condition.
UPDATE 2:24 P.M.: Four people were taken to University Hospital for their injuries. One is suffering from life threatening injuries, one suffered moderate injuries and two suffered minor injuries. The two suffering from minor injuries were wearing their seatbelts. The other two were not.
The crash happened when the driver lost control of the car, fishtailed, hit the guardrail and flipped over. Two of the passengers were ejected from the vehicle.
ORIGINAL STORY: Right now crews are responding to a crash on EB I-70 near Stadium Boulevard.
It happened just before 8:00am.
Dispatch records show several emergency units are responding to the area.
ABC 17 News hear reports of a rollover crash and is sending a reporter to the area to confirm that.
MoDOT’s traffic camera show the drivig lane is blocked right now and traffic is slowed.
It’s unclear right now if anyone is hurt.
