Deputies find no evidence of break-in after shots fired
Boone County deputies said they found no evidence of forced entry or exit after a reported burglary Monday. It happened around 4:00 a.m. Monday morning on Rollingwood West Court.
Deputies on scene told ABC 17 News the resident thought he saw a shadow and then fired off one round. There were no injuries reported.
At least three deputies were on scene with flashlights searching the perimeter of the home this morning.
They were unable to locate any evidence of a break-in.
