Bill would allow qualified patients access to medical marijuana

The Missouri House Emerging Issues Committee is set to meet for a public hearing at the state Capitol Monday night regarding medical marijuana.

House Bill 2213, the Missouri Compassionate Care Act, centers around the licensing of medical cannabis centers and cultivation and production facilities to provide medical marijuana to qualifying patients.

The bill would also qualified patients to grow medical marijuana.
