Jefferson City leaders: new developments already impacting economy
Officials in Jefferson City are optimistic about future economic growth in the capital city. Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce President Randy Allen talked about the progress Tuesday on ABC 17 News at 9 a.m.
Allen said the opening of retail giant Sam’s Club will bring in millions in revenue and create 200 new jobs. Allen said other businesses may be looking to build out in the area of Sam’s.
Allen also noted the Continental Commercial Products company is making progress in taking over the RR Donnelly building.
Allen concluded by saying people can expect more growth in Jefferson City over the next year.
