Police arrest three at Club Vogue in Columbia

Saturday, police arrested three men at a club in central Columbia.

Around 3:30 in the morning, police responded to a disturbance at Club Vogue on Business Loop 70 East.

Police said it started out as a fight inside the club. When employees tried to escort the men out of the building, the men started a fight with the workers.

Gary Warren was taken into custody for armed criminal action. Police said he tried to harm an employee with a beer bottle. The arrest report said he was also arrested for second and third degree assaults and possession of a controlled substance.

His bond was set at $20,000. He bailed out of Boone County Jail later Sunday.

Larry Patrick and Cory Foster were arrested for third degree assaults as well.

Police said no one was seriously injured.
