Trial continued for Mid-Missouri kidnapping suspect
The man accused of kidnapping his girlfriend and leading police on a multi-day, multi-state manhunt went before a judge Monday afternoon.
Brian Adkison’s trial was supposed to start next week, but his lawyer asked for a continuance.
State prosecutors said the jury trial is expected to last four days.
A new trial date has not been set yet.
