Police find nearly a pound of marijuana during stop

Police in Centralia bust two people for drugs and find a gun in the car.

Both Teri Stratton and Jonathan Peppersack of Columbia were picked up during a traffic stop Wednesday on Highway 22.

Police found nearly a pound of marijuana packaged in 16 sealed air tight plastic bags.

Investigators also found a handgun and knife under the driver’s seat.

There are multiple charges between the two.
