American Airlines ranks at the bottom of survey

According to a annual national survey, fewer American Airlines flights arrived on time and more luggage was mishandled.

American Airlines was ranked last in the survey, with more unhappy passengers than other airlines.

Columbia Regional Airport passengers are happy with the success American Airlines has had so far in Mid-Missouri.

City Council member, Barbara Hoppe said, “The Columbia Regional Airport ranks as number one in the American Eagle Network.

The most recent Department of Transportation, Aviation Division, reports the Columbia airport has provided over twenty-seven million dollars in payroll benefits.

The airline has brought roughly ninety million dollars in total economic benefits to the state of Missouri.
