Problems reported with Morgan Co. 911
The Morgan County 911 and Emergency Management with some customers in the Stover 377 exchange.
The problem with the 377 exchange means Windstream customers there are not able to dial 9-1-1.
Windstream and the 911 center provider, AT&T, were working to fix the problem in the area Saturday afternoon, according to 911 Director Rick Bias.
In case of emergency, residents can call 1-573-378-5481 ex. 2.
The problem with the transferring of lines is with Windstream Communications to AT&T who is the 9-1-1 line provider.
There is several ways these lines transfers within seconds all the way to St. Louis and back to Versailles and they are trying to find where the glitch has occurred, according to a Facebook post.
