Thomas Goulee, person of interest in the murder of Tom Clements, arrested in Colorado
Colorado police arrested a person of interest who investigators believe may have details about a Missouri man’s murder.
According to our sister station, KRDO, in Colorado Springs, Thomas Goulee was caught in a home he had been hiding out in for the past couple weeks.
Police want to talk to him about former Missouri prisons official Tom Clement’s murder.
Goulee surrendered to officers, but is being held without bond because he’s not actually considered a suspect for the crime.
Officers believe Goulee knew Evan Ebel, the man who police say killed Clements.
Ebel, Goulee and another man, James Lohr, were members of the same white supremacist prison gang.
Ebel had contact with Goulee and Lohr the week Clements was killed. Officers want to find out what the men could know about the case.
