FastLane in Columbia robbed, suspect on the run

Columbia police say a man who may have had a weapon robbed the FastLane gas station on West Boulevard early Thursday.

The robbery happened around 2:30 a.m. when the suspect walked in with his hand under his shirt, as if he was hiding a weapon.

He took cash from the store and left on foot. Police confirm no one was hurt in the robbery.

The only description available states the suspect is a black male, around six feet tall.
