TONIGHT: I’m tracking a cold front that’s brought brief and heavy downpours plus much cooler temperatures exiting mid-Missouri. Temperatures continue to plummet into the rest of the night, with high 30s and low 40s expected by the end of the night. TOMORROW: I’m tracking a small “warm-up” with a partly cloudy sky in the morning.

TODAY: Friday sees a big cooldown as a sharp cold front will drop temperatures below average areawide. While we started out the day in the 60s and 70s, we’ll be dropping into the 40s by dinnertime.
