COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A Columbia man is charged with kidnapping, sodomy or attempted sodomy, two counts of domestic assault and property damage. In a Boone County probable cause statement, James Winters allegedly stopped a victim from leaving a residence and forced himself on the victim. In court documents, Winters assaulted the victim in various ways.
