Last month, the Boone County Commission passed an agenda allowing Boone County’s K-9 trainer to help Callaway County start a new K-9 unit. Recently, Boone County also got a new dog. The trainer allowed our crews to watch the two dogs train. The 8 week course was to train the dogs mostly about drug sniffing.
