Mail Vehicle Destroyed in Fire

A U.S. Postal Service vehicle and the mail it was carrying was lost after it caught fire on Tuesday.The USPS says the rural carrier vehicle and its contents were destroyed along Rural Route 1 in Smithton. Only 30 of the 420 deliveries were completed before the fire.Most packages were destroyed, along with medicines and prescriptions.
