Man who allegedly pointed guns at passing cars before standoff charged with felonies

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A man who allegedly pointed guns at passing vehicles near his Worley Street apartment on Friday night has been charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Boone County. Glen Lee Parey, 53, was charged on Monday with unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, first-degree harassment, misdemeanor misusing 911 and resisting arrest.
