MU fraternity member in Santulli case pleads guilty to giving alcohol to minor  

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Another University of Missouri fraternity member accused in the Danny Santulli hazing case has pleaded guilty. Columbia City Council spends more than $20,000 to attend leadership conference
