JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) A Jefferson City woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to first-degree involuntary manslaughter at the Cole County Circuit Court. Kayla Brewer, 23, was sentenced on Tuesday to five years of supervised probation. She received a 10-year suspended sentence.
