Columbia City Council spends more than $20,000 to attend leadership conference

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) The Columbia City Council spent more than $20,000 to attend a leadership conference last month.  The 10th annual leadership trip, which was organized by the Chamber of Commerce, took place in Madison, Wisconsin.
