Fulton power outage caused by snake

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ) Power outages in Fulton on Wednesday were caused by snake entering a substation, the City of Fulton confirmed in a Thursday social media post. The city wrote at 3:01 p.m. Wednesday that intermittent power outages were occurring in the city. Power outages were resolved at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday, according to another post.
