Tracking warmer weather on the way

Getting into the 50s
KMIZ

TUESDAY: After a chilly start, sunshine’s on the way to help us out! Temperatures will get an added boost with a southerly wind returning, pushing highs into the mid to upper 50’s.

TONIGHT: That breeze stays with us overnight, keeping temperatures propped up. Lows will only bottom out in the middle 40’s.

EXTENDED: That will get us off and running into Wednesday with temperatures cracking 60° by the afternoon. Clouds will filter out more sunshine, but we should stay dry until Wednesday night. A cold front will sweep through bringing rain chances back by 6-7 PM. Those showers will be off and on until sunrise on Thanksgiving, before clearing the area. Behind that system, things will stay cool with highs only making it to 40° Thursday. Grab the heavy coat if you plan on doing any shopping Black Friday with temperatures falling back into the middle 20’s overnight. We recover during the afternoon-similar to today-with highs nearing 50° with that warming trend holding on Saturday. We make it into the mid to upper 50’s before taking a hit on Sunday, brushing us back closer to 50°.
