Tracking a warm up on the heels of a few frosty starts

TONIGHT: After a sunny but frosty start, temperatures will rebound into the low 50’s this afternoon. High pressure has tracked just off to our east, leaving clear skies overhead today. Skies will remain clear for most heading into the overnight hours. This will drop temperatures once again into the low 30's by early Thursday.

THURSDAY: Most will start frosty again tomorrow morning. Today's mostly sunny skies may give way to some partly cloudy skies, especially in the west. Overall, Thursday is a degree or two warmer, with a warming trend continuing through the weekend.

EXTENDED: Our winds will start to pick up out of the south starting on Friday. This may make for a chilly start to the morning, but it will also carry temperatures in the afternoons a little further than we’ve seen them get this week. Highs on Friday will reach the mid to upper 50’s, warming into the low 60’s Saturday, and putting 70 in reach Sunday. Overall, temperatures this week will warm from below to above average by the weekend.
