Tracking strong storms early, chilly and cloudy overnight

TONIGHT: Storms exit to the east of Mid-Missouri after sunset, leaving us with clouds and chilly temperatures. Lows in the mid-40s.

TOMORROW: Cloudy with gradual clearing during the day. Highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

EXTENDED: We're chilly behind the cold front that is moving across the area today, with temperatures falling into the 50s for highs by Monday. Next week starts off dry through Tuesday, but temperatures remain in the low 60s. Our next low pressure system slowly moves in from the west/southwest by Wednesday, bringing showers and thunderstorms to the area Wednesday through Friday. Temperatures will be chilly in the low 60s on Wednesday and cool down into the mid-50s Thursday and Friday with rain over the area. Once rain clears out, we'll dry things out in time for Halloween weekend with slightly cooler than average temperatures expected.
