Tracking strong storms then much cooler air tonight

TONIGHT: Strong storms end by mid-late evening, leaving us with much cooler air. Lows fall into the low 40s with gusty winds diminishing.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and breezy with highs in the mid-50s. Winds gust from the north between 25-30 mph.

EXTENDED: The cooler air sticks around through the end of the week with highs about 10 degrees cooler than normal through Friday. Expect patchy frost Friday morning with widespread temperatures below freezing and clear skies. The weekend will be cool with highs in the 50s to around 60, and chances for scattered showers increase again Saturday and Sunday. No severe weather is expected over the holiday weekend. Next week, a few showers or snow showers are possible as moring temperatures will be near freezing with highs in the upper 40s.
