TODAY: Temperatures will start out near freezing with a dusting of snow on the grass in the morning. Sunshine returns in the afternoon and highs remain slightly below average in the low 50s. Winds add on some chill with gusts above 20 mph.

TOMORROW: Monday also starts out freezing, but sunshine and warm southerly winds will push highs all the way back to the 70s. Temperatures and winds increase, but moisture remains low, and fire danger could become elevated or critical throughout the day.

EXTENDED: Fire danger is possible again on Tuesday due to high winds and low humidity. Rain arriving on Wednesday doesn't promise much relief as the heaviest totals track north of our area. This will send temperatures back to the 50s and 60s later in the week.
