Tracking a warm and sunny Tuesday

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy with lows in the mid-30s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and beautiful with highs near 60.

EXTENDED: We can look forward to spring like temperatures all week, with a chance for some rain early on Wednesday. Rain amounts end up around a tenth or two tenths of an inch at best, with a slight cool down into the low to mid-50s on Thursday. We'll end the week on a mild note as highs get into the lower 60s on Friday. A dry front looks to move in on Saturday, cooling us to the 50s with sunshine to return on Sunday. Next week is looking a bit more active with rain chances returning early in the week.
