Tracking overnight flurries before a cooldown Sunday night

TONIGHT: Saturday night welcomes lows into the upper 20s with scattered flurries.

TOMORROW: Sunday welcomes early morning flurry chances with highs into the mid-30s. Skies remain mostly cloudy.

EXTENDED: Temperatures drop significantly to start off next week with highs into the lower 20s and lows near the single digits through Tuesday. Another shot of flurries is also possible in this cold sometime late Monday or early Tuesday. Gradual improvement is expected late week with highs reaching the 40s by Friday; this will only be brief as an active pattern picks up next weekend and brings back more cold.
