Firefighters battled a house fire in Boonville on Saturday. It happened in the 800 block of East Morgan Street around 9 p.m. Fire crews told ABC 17 News crews on the scene that it started in a stairwell at the back of the two story house. Investigators started looking in to the cause on Sunday.
