Semi crashes on I-70 in Columbia

Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a semi on I-70 Monday. It happened around 1:40 pm in the westbound lanes near mile marker 128. According to emergency responders, a tractor trailer jack-knifed. At the time, the 911 dispatch page also showed a second crash on I-70 westbound near Range Line. Boone County Joint Communications

Downtown bar fined for clean-up
