Police responded to reports of a shooting Sunday night right before midnight on Sylvan Lane and Whitegate Drive. A Camden County man shot during a fight on August 10 has died, according to the sheriff’s office. Joseph Beeman, 33, had been in critical condition at University Hospital in Columbia following the shooting last week. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
